Chung King Mansion is the most famous place for getting budget guest house and motels in the world and the building is right next to many prime shopping areas and famous brand name shops and tourist attractions in Tsim Sha Tsui.

New Hoover Hostel is located on the 3rd floor of Block E, Chung King Mansion with more than10 ensuite rooms to suit all types of traveler's needs.  All room is clean, quiet, well decorated and fully equipped with decent facilities for budget travelers.  Owner of the hostel has been running accommodation business for more than 30 years so he definitely knows how you would like a clean and safe budget hostel should like.  Room size is adequate and is clean and sterilize daily to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for customers.  Unlike other below standard hostels in Chung King Mansion infamous for their messy and dirty nature, New Hoover is quiet, clean and safe.  Rooms come in three types, double bed, Twin bed (double + single) and family room (double x2 + single x1) which is suitable for lone traveler to group of friends and family to stay. Please pay special attention, there is only ONE New Hoover Hostel in Chung King Mansion so don't be fooled by people in the main hall of Chung King Mansion who will take you to other cheap and dirty hostel pretending they are New Hoover Hostel's staffs.  Since New Hoover Hostel is very popular and living condition is above normal standard in Chung King Mansion, tricks always happen! Airbus A21 station is right next to the building.  MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station Exit K walk 50 Meters will reach Chung King Mansion.  It offers easy accessibility to Mass Transit Railway, Kowloon-Canton Railway, Ferry and Bus Stations for convenient traveling within Hong Kong and direct to the mainland of China. It is only two minutes walk to the Star Ferry and the famous Victoria Harbour.  5 minutes walk to the heart of all brand name boutiques in Ocean Center and Harbour City Canton Road.
